We are pleased to be freezing our pitch prices this year, the only change is in VAT which has risen from 5% to 12.5% and then to 20% over the course of this year. With escalating costs in fuel, utilities and more we hope this helps you and your family continue to enjoy your seasonal pitch.

Flower of May Holiday Park

Pitch price: £2,350
Price includes rates, water rates and VAT at 20%.

All pitches are Star Pitches which have hard standing, an all-weather awning space, metered electric hook-up, tap and drain with a pre-payment meter on all pitches. Prices now also include an annual awning ticket.

Riverside Meadows

Metered Electric Pitch price: £2,250

Metered Premier Pitch price: £2,350
Price includes rates, water rates and VAT at 20%.

We are pleased to be freezing our pitch prices this year, the only change is in VAT which has risen from 5% to 12.5% and then to 20% over the course of this season, with a small rounding for ease of instalment payments included. With escalating costs in fuel, utilities and more we hope this helps you and your family continue to enjoy your seasonal pitch.

There are two types of pitches Metered Electric Pitches and Super Pitches with a pre-payment meter on all pitches. Prices now also include an annual awning ticket.

Goosewood

Metered Electric Pitch price: £2,573

Super Pitch (limited availability) price: £2,794
Price includes rates, water rates and VAT at 20%.

We’re delighted to accepting applications for Seasonal Touring Pitches for 2023.

Below you will find all the key information for seasonal pitches in 2023. Please read the information including the terms and conditions as detailed in the "Our agreement with you" document, which is provided for your benefit.

What are the dates for the season in 2023?
Friday 17th March, 9am - Sunday 5th November, 3pm

How do I apply?
Complete this form and hit submit on the last page.

When do I need to do it by?
We recommend that you complete the form as soon as possible because pitches are very popular. Pitches are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.

What do I need to pay and when by?
You need to pay a non-refundable deposit of £200 to secure your pitch. We will call you to take payment once your application has been processed.

You also have the opportunity to pay the remaining balance in two instalments should you wish. The final dates for payments if you choose this option would be 1st March and 1st June. If you wish to make interim payments, they will be accepted, as long as instalments are paid before the due dates above.

A late payment fee of £25 will be charged if payments are not made by the due dates as above. You can, of course, pay the balance in full before 1st March.

Do you offer winter storage?
Unfortunately we are not offering winter storage for new applicants. The first time you will be able to bring your caravan will be on the first day of the season.

What else do I need to know?
Awnings: The fee for an awning being erected is included in the total price for your pitch. However, please be aware that they must be taken down if you are leaving the park overnight.

Your caravan: Bookings for caravans pre-2004 will not be accepted. Your caravan must be UK manufactured to be accepted and will be inspected upon arrival.

Terms and conditions: Please read the terms and conditions of your annual seasonal touring caravan pitch which are detailed fully in the “Our Agreement with You” page. These terms exist for the benefit and enjoyment of all our customers, and we hope you will support us in achieving them.

Pitches are expected to be popular and are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.

What do I need to pay and when by?
You need to pay a non-refundable deposit of £200 to secure your pitch. If you have been successful with your application, we will contact you to take payment. You also have the opportunity to pay the remaining balance in two instalments should you wish. They would be due on 1st February and 1st June. A late payment fee of £25 will be charged if payment dates are missed. You can, of course, pay the balance in full on 1st February. We will not take payment on the first day of the season.

What else do I need to know?

Awnings: The fee for an awning being erected is included in the total price for your pitch. However, please be aware that the seasonal awning agreement needs to be read and agreed to. You must also take your awning down during the close season

Electric: All our pitches have pre-payment meters for electric, but this is not included in the price of your pitch. You will need to buy top-up cards over the course of the season.

Your caravan: Bookings for caravans pre-2004 will not be accepted. Your caravan must be UK manufactured caravan to be accepted.

Terms and conditions: Please read the terms and conditions of your annual seasonal touring caravan pitch which are detailed fully in the “Our Agreement with You” page and the "Seasonal Awning Agreement". These terms exist for the benefit and enjoyment of all our customers, and we hope you will support us in achieving them.
