Pitch price: £2,500
Price includes rates, water rates and VAT at 20%.

All pitches are Star Pitches which have hard standing, an all-weather awning space, metered electric hook-up, tap and drain with a pre-payment meter on all pitches. Prices now also include an annual awning ticket.

What are the dates for the season in 2024?
Friday 1st March, 9am to Sunday 3rd November, 3pm

How do I apply?
Complete this form and hit submit on the last page.

When do I need to do it by?
Applications are now open until the park is full, however demand is always high for seasonal pitches and so we recommend booking as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

What do I need to pay and when by?
You need to pay a non-refundable deposit of £250 to secure your pitch. Once your application is confirmed you will receive an email with instructions on how to pay.

The deposit must be paid to secure the booking and the remaining balance is due before the 21st February.

Do you offer winter storage?
Yes, if you’re joining for 2024 you will have the option to have winter storage from the closure of the 2023 season, to the start of the 2024 season. This year it will be £250 and needs to be paid with the deposit at the time of booking. If you do not opt for winter storage, but add it at a later date, the cost will be £300. Please discuss arrangements with your individual park.

What else do I need to know?
Car Parking There is only one car allowed at each pitch. A second car can be parked in the car park free of charge.

Electric All our pitches have pre-payment meters for electric, but this is not included in the price of your pitch. You will need to buy top-up cards over the course of the season.

Terms and conditions Please read the terms and conditions of your annual seasonal touring caravan pitch which are detailed fully on the “Terms and conditions of this Licence Agreement” page. These terms exist for the benefit and enjoyment of all our customers, and we hope you will support us in achieving them.

Your caravan Bookings for caravans pre-2005 will not be accepted. Your caravan must be UK manufactured to be accepted and will be inspected upon arrival.

When do I need to do it by?
Applications are now open until the park is full, however demand is always high for seasonal pitches and so we recommend booking as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

What do I need to pay and when by?
You need to pay a non-refundable deposit of £250 to secure your pitch. We will call you to take payment once your application has been processed.

You also have the opportunity to pay the remaining balance in two instalments should you wish. The final dates for payments if you choose this option would be 1st March and 1st June. If you wish to make interim payments, they will be accepted, as long as instalments are paid before the due dates above.

A late payment fee of £25 will be charged if payments are not made by the due dates as above. You can, of course, pay the balance in full before 1st March.

Do you offer winter storage?

What's new for 2024?
Pay your seasonal pitch balance online: As part of our continuous efforts to improve the park and our services, we are investing in a new admin system which will allow you to pay your seasonal balance online. It will show you how much is outstanding on the pitch and you will be able to pay by card at your convenience. Instructions on how to do this will be sent out when we move over to our new system. This does not affect how to pay your deposit. This must be done over the phone/by cheque.

No more paying for swimming! Great news! We’re scrapping all general swim session fees for park residents for those parks with swimming pools. T&Cs will apply and more information will be provided closer to the season starting.

What else do I need to know?
Moving pitch If you want to move pitch, please make a note on the paper application form, or complete the section on the online form. If it is agreed you can move pitch for 2024, you need to ensure your caravan is off your 2023 pitch by the final day of the 2023 season. If you are taking winter storage you may be given a temporary pitch for the winter.

Car Parking There is only one car allowed at each pitch. A second car can be parked in the overnight car park free of charge. Please come into the park reception to collect your parking pass.

Awnings The fee for an awning being erected is included in the total price for your pitch. They must be taken down if you are leaving the park overnight.

Personal items This is a reminder to remove all personal items from under and around your caravan during the close down period. Any remaining items will be removed.

Electric All our pitches have pre-payment meters for electric, but this is not included in the price of your pitch. You will need to buy top-up cards over the course of the season.

Please read the information including I have read, and agree, on behalf of all members of my party, to the terms and conditions as detailed in the "Our agreement with you" document, and the "Seasonal Awning Agreement" document which are both provided for your benefit.

What are the dates for the season in 2024?

How do I apply?

When do I need to do it by?
There is no deadline but the park has been full for a number of seasons with seasonal applications, so to avoid disappointment please book as soon as possible.

What do I need to pay and when by?
You need to pay a non-refundable deposit of £250 to secure your pitch. If you complete the paper forms you can enclose a cheque or call us a few days after posting the forms to make payment. If you are applying online you can call us after 24 hours to make a deposit payment. You also have the opportunity to pay the remaining balance in two instalments should you wish. The final dates for payments if you choose this option would be 1st February and 1st June. If you wish to make interim payments, they will be accepted, as long as instalments are paid before the due dates above. A late payment fee of £25 will be charged if payments are not made by the due dates as above. You can, of course, pay the balance in full before 1st February.

What else do I need to know?

Pitch allocation:Pitches are allocated by our team at head office. If you have a particular preference please let us know. However we cannot guarantee that you will be allocated your preference.

Awnings: The fee for an awning being erected is included in the total price for your pitch. However, please be aware that the seasonal awning agreement needs to be read and agreed to. You must also take your awning down during the close season

Electric: All our pitches have pre-payment meters for electric, but this is not included in the price of your pitch. You will need to buy top-up cards over the course of the season.

Your caravan: Bookings for caravans pre-2004 will not be accepted. Your caravan must be UK manufactured caravan to be accepted.

Your pitch: Please can you ensure your pitch is kept tidy. Any items left around or under the caravan may be removed.
