There are two types of pitches Metered Electric Pitches and Metered Premier Pitches with a pre-payment meter on all pitches. Prices now also include an annual awning ticket.

What is the price for a seasonal pitch in 2025?

Otterington Park

Longer Season: Pitches 101-159 only. Hard standing with an all-weather awning space, metered electric hook up, parking space, tap and extended season. Plus Winter Storage for January and February 2026 providing you renew for the 2026 season.

If you do not renew for 2026 you will be required to move your caravan off the park on the last day of the longer season.

Below you will find all the key information for seasonal pitches in 2025. Please read the information including the terms and conditions as detailed in the"Our agreement with you" document, which is provided for your benefit.

What are the dates for the season in 2025?
Friday 14th March, 9am to Sunday 2nd November, 3pm

How do I apply?
Complete this form and hit submit on the last page.

When do I need to do it by?
Applications are open until all our seasonal pitches have been filled, however pitches are popular and likely to book up quickly. So we recommend booking as soon as you can.

What do I need to pay and when by?
You need to pay a non-refundable deposit of £250 to secure your pitch. No booking is confirmed until the form and deposit payment have been received. The remaining balance can be paid in two instalments should you wish. The first half would be due before 1st March and the second half by 1st June. You can pay the full balance prior to 1st June. Late payment fees may apply if you miss these dates.

Do you offer winter storage?
Yes, this year it will be £250 and needs to be paid with the deposit at the time of booking. If you do not opt for winter storage, but add it at a later date, the cost will be £300. It runs from the closure of the 2024 season to the opening in 2025.

What's new for 2025?
Get faster speed WiFi to your tourer via a third party WiFi provider! Previously, Direct to Van (DTV) has been available to static owners, but with changes in operations and ensuring there is no drilling or holes created in your caravan, our WiFi providers can offer a direct service to your tourer. Please see the application form for more info.

What else do I need to know?
Car Parking There is only one car allowed at each pitch. A second car can be parked in the overnight car park free of charge. For those at Flower of May - please come into the park reception to collect your parking pass.

Awnings The fee for an awning being erected is included in the total price for your pitch. They must be taken down if you are leaving the park overnight.

Electric All our pitches have pre-payment meters for electric, but this is not included in the price of your pitch. You will need to buy top-up cards over the course of the season.

Terms & Conditions Please read the terms and conditions of your annual seasonal touring caravan pitch which are detailed fully on the “Our Agreement with You” page. These terms exist for the benefit and enjoyment of all our customers, and we hope you will support us in achieving them. We may update our Terms & Conditions throughout the course of the agreement and the most up to date version can always be found on our website.

Your caravan Bookings for caravans pre-2006 will not be accepted. Your caravan must be UK manufactured to be accepted and will be inspected upon arrival.

If you require any further information regarding the pitches or facilities available, please do not hesitate to contact the individual parks or Head Office. We advise that customers provide an email address to enable us to communicate swiftly and efficiently if necessary.

We’re delighted to be inviting applications for Seasonal Touring Pitches for 2025.

Below you will find all the key information for seasonal pitches in 2025. Please read the information including I have read, and agree, on behalf of all members of my party, to the terms and conditions as detailed in the "Our agreement with you" document, and the "Seasonal Awning Agreement" document which are both provided for your benefit.

What are the dates for the season in 2025?
Saturday 1st March, 9am - Friday 2nd January 2026, 3pm

How do I apply?
Complete this form and hit submit on the last page.

When do I need to do it by?
Your pitch will be held until Friday 6th December 2024. After this your pitch will be available for others to book.

What do I need to pay and when by?
You need to pay a non-refundable deposit of £250 to secure your pitch. If you complete the paper forms you can enclose a cheque or call us a few days after posting the forms to make payment. If you are applying online you can call us after 24 hours to make a deposit payment. You also have the opportunity to pay the remaining balance in two instalments should you wish. The final dates for payments if you choose this option would be 1st February and 1st June. If you wish to make interim payments, they will be accepted, as long as instalments are paid before the due dates above. A late payment fee of £25 will be charged if payments are not made by the due dates as above. You can, of course, pay the balance in full before 1st June.

What else do I need to know?

Pitch allocation:Pitches are allocated by our team at head office. If you have a particular preference please let us know. However we cannot guarantee that you will be allocated your preference.

Awnings: The fee for an awning being erected is included in the total price for your pitch. However, please be aware that the seasonal awning agreement needs to be read and agreed to. You must also take your awning down during the close season

Electric: All our pitches have pre-payment meters for electric, but this is not included in the price of your pitch. You will need to buy top-up cards over the course of the season.

Your caravan: Bookings for caravans pre-2004 will not be accepted. Your caravan must be UK manufactured caravan to be accepted.

Your pitch: Please can you ensure your pitch is kept tidy. Any items left around or under the caravan may be removed.

Park Max £22 per month over 12 months
Park Ultimate £27 per month over 12 month

Both packages require a one-off installation of equipment priced at £99.
