Part Time Customer Service

We have a great opportunity for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our Customer Service Team at the Flower of May Holiday Park, located between Scarborough and Filey.

At front of house, you will be the first port of call for our visitors. So, if you are confident, friendly and hardworking, and strive to deliver an outstanding guest experience, this could be the place for you. A proven track record in administration would be an advantage together with the ability to use computer systems although full training will be given. Previous experience within hospitality or a customer facing role is desirable with a focus on displaying a high level of customer service.

You will work as part of the team based at the park to ensure our customers have a great holiday experience from start to finish.

Duties to include:

* Greeting visitors face to face and via telephone and dealing with their enquiries

* Delivering a high standard of customer service

* Answering queries, taking holiday bookings either by telephone or online for all of our parks.

* Maintaining accurate and up to date records

* Taking payments – cash and card

* General administration as required by the team

* Ensuring tidiness and cleanliness of the reception area

This is a part-time position. Hours worked over 3 days – Saturdays, Mondays and Tuesdays and will include working evenings, bank holidays.  There may be opportunity for more hours during the high season.

The office opening hours are 8.30am to 9.00pm during high season and there may be times when you may be required to work alone in the high season.

Due to location, own transport would be an advantage.

Reliability and flexibility is required to meet the needs of the business.

Please note that due to the seasonal nature of the business there are restrictions in place with regard to taking holidays.
