Luxury from top to bottom, this Willerby Pinehurst lodge offers a stunning holiday home which has space, home-from-home furnishings and high quality finish throughout. The lodge is double glazed, with central heating and has a large decking which over looks the fishing lake at Goosewood Holiday Park. This is a gorgeous place to enjoy your holidays throughout 11 months of the year.

As you enter in to the Pinehurst, the porch provides a welcoming space, and somewhere to keep shoes, coats and doubles up as a utility room. There is a integrated washer/dryer here, as well as cupboard space and a sink.

From the porch area, you move in to the huge, open-plan, lounge, kitchen and dining area. There are sliding doors to the front of the lodge which open out on to your private decking area which has a glass-front, skirting and provide a great place to relax with a glass of your favourite drink as you over-look the glistening lakes.

Back inside, the Pinehurst takes a unique twist from the usual holiday home set up. The room is ‘split’ almost in half, with a kitchen area along one side wall and the living area opposite.

In the lounge side, there is a welcoming sofa and two arm chairs so everyone can relax around the TV and fireplace, while the dining table has upholstered high back seats and an upholstered bench seat along one side. The Welsh dresser is a great space for storage and adding a personal touch to your holiday home, with family pictures and mementos. For those who enjoy music, the Bluetooth sound system means you can hook up your device to the integrated speakers.

The kitchen is L-shaped along one wall with integrated appliances throughout. The cream kitchen units have stainless steel handles which ensure a countryside cottage feel, yet with the modern aspect you would expect for a superb lodge such as this. The colour scheme also matches all the units in the living area which provides a constant theme throughout.

There is a tall larder cupboard and integrated fridge-freezer, a double cavity gas oven/grill with integrated microwave above, while the stainless steel hob and extractor fan are set just along the large worktop. In the middle of the kitchen there is a breakfast bar with storage and bar stools and feature pendant lighting tops off the luxury feel in the kitchen. All that ensures the chef in your family has everything they need, while the integrated dishwasher ensures you can get back to relaxing as soon as possible!

The main bedroom has a kingsize bed with lift-up storage system, handy for storing extra clothes. The upholstered headboard and co-ordinated bedding ensure the bedroom looks modern and comfortable, while for extra storage there is bedside cabinets and a walk-in wardrobe. If you are getting ready for entertaining guests, heading out for a meal or going to the on-park bar, the inset mirrored dressing table and cube stool provides ample space for getting ready!

There is also an en-suite shower room which has a quad shower enclosure with thermostatic shower, vanity unit with inset wash basin and WC. Perfect for privacy and keeping the main bathroom free.

The second double room also has a large a kingsize bed with upholstered headboard, co-ordinated bedding, bedside cabinets, a mirrored dressing table and cube stool plus overhead attic storage lockers.

The main bathroom has a bath, with shower over. There is also a large vanity unit with inset wash basin and mirror, plus a WC.

You also have the added benefit of having WiFi installed and ready to go, with nothing to pay for your first year of WiFi data, a TV aerial fitted ready for your takeover day and a barrier entry fob!

In summary, this is a superb lodge with everything you could need for a home away from home, including a glass-fronted decking. Add in the lake views, super on-park facilities for the whole family and this makes a stunning, luxury option for 11 months holidays of the year.
