The ABI Malham is superb model from the ABI range. At 40×13 it offers extra space throughout and some stunning interiors and luxury features. Double glazed and centrally heated, this holiday home makes a superb retreat for a couple or family looking to escape the day-to-day grind or enjoy quality time together.

Stepping in to the Malham, you are greeted with a convenient porch area, where you can access all the rooms in the holiday home. Step through into the open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining ares and the first thing you notice is the space.

The through-lounge from the kitchen provides a great space for everyone to be together, even if you are doing different things. Front opening doors which lead out on to the L-shaped decking and they also ensure natural light fills the lounge. There is also a handy Bluetooth sound system in the living spaces, so you can link your device up to the speakers whether for a movie, listening to the radio on a morning or playing music.

The L-shaped sofa is comfortable and is accompanied by a matching armchair in the opposite corner. They’re set around the TV stand and feature fireplace which has a modern electric fire.

Walking through to the kitchen, you pass the free-standing dining table which has four upholstered chairs. It’s a great space for sitting down together as a family and enjoy spending time together, or to entertain guests.

The kitchen makes the ultimate use of the space. Worktops down either side ensure there is plenty of space to prepare food, plus you can have all the appliances to make holidaying as easy as possible.

There is an integrated oven and grill, fridge-freezer and microwave along the back wall, a 5-hob has cooker with over-head extractor on one side, ensuring the family chef is well catered for. An integrated dishwasher and washing machine / dryer make cleaning up and washing clothes as simple as at home.

It’s all styled with a modern and contemporary look, that yet feels warming and homely at the same time. It’s a space which will be relaxing yet practical at the same time.

If you were to turn the opposite way in the porch and go through the doors to your right, you will find the master bedroom and family shower room.

The master bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room, which has a large shower cubicle, WC and mounted wash basin with vanity unit above. There is a chest of drawers and dressing table with a large mirror above and upholstered stool under which is a great space for getting ready to enjoy an evening in the bar or heading out for a meal.

The bed has a feature headboard and bedside tables, which benefitting from pocket-sprung mattress, ensuring you can sleep well on holiday. Need to charge your phone at night? No problem! As there is USB plug sockets in the main bedroom (and in the lounge).

The family shower room replicates the en-suite, with a large shower cubicle, WC and mounted wash basin ensuring guests or family are equally well catered for.

The final room is the twin bedroom, the storage in this second bedroom is one of the real features. There is a double wardrobe and shelving (rather than the standard tall wardrobe) and a vanity area ensuring the twin room users have ample storage too.
