About this holiday home

As you step into the Clearwater, the first thing that strikes you is the open nature of the double unit, 20ft wide lodge. It’s spacious, bright, and light and has all the features you would want in a holiday lodge. All that, and the benefits of being located on the stunning Green Acres and Lake View development at Goosewood Holiday Park near York.

Two fabric sofas are positioned perfectly around the TV stand and looking out towards the lake so you can relax in tranquility. There is an electric fire with a mantlepiece above, perfect for personalizing with your own photos and trinkets. Step out of the lounge through the front opening doors and onto the L-shaped decking, which is finished with a skirting, and you are greeted by the glistening fishing lakes on the owners-only part of the park.

Off the lounge area, and set in front of large windows, the dining table and chairs is a great space for entertaining guests or family. Sit down together and eat, drink, play games, or whatever you choose, it’s an ideal social space.

The U-shaped kitchen worktops are plentiful with the addition of a small breakfast bar style addition. It’s appliances aplenty in the kitchen with an integrated fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave combined with a 5-hob gas cooker, oven, and grill. The kitchen units under the worktop are a light blue colour, with cream above the worktop, giving a modern, stylish appearance. There is everything the family chef might need, and plenty of space to operate in!

Moving into the bedrooms, of which there are, the master bedroom has an en-suite shower room with WC and washbasin, which is accessed by walking through the closet which has ample space for all your holiday clothes! A unique feature that gives the main bedroom users privacy and lots of space. The twin room has plenty of storage space and comfortable beds.

In the family shower room, there is a corner shower, WC and additional washbasin.

You also have the added benefit of having WiFi installed and ready to go, with nothing to pay for your first year of WiFi data, a TV aerial fitted ready for your takeover day and a barrier entry fob!
