The TV unit has an aerial point and plug sockets built into the wall keeping wires hidden. Shelving to each side would be ideal for family photos, and the electric fire underneath provides a neat focal point for the room. The leisure door would open onto a fantastic decking (not included) which would really enhance the living space, especially on warm summer evenings.

In the U-shaped kitchen, the cream units and drawers are offset by the marble effect worktops. There is a gas cooker and hob with splashback and overhead extractor fan.
