The doors open delightfully on to a large decking (which is fully skirted) where you can enjoy the summer evenings. There are USB plug sockets throughout enabling modern living with multiple devices.

The kitchen is striking, with sleek doors finished in a bold green with gold handles, complete with soft close drawers. The integrated microwave and fridge-freezer are an added bonus and your also have a 5 ring gas hob, electric oven with grill and integrated cooker-hood.

Whether you are entertaining or sitting together as a family you can enjoy your time around the dining table with matching bench seating and feature pendant lighting above, bringing a stunning ambiance to the space.

Much like in the lounge, the floor to ceiling windows in the master bedroom ensure a bright space. The king size divan bed has storage under the bed as well as the walk-in wardrobe, while the striking elements continue with the headboard and wood tones, and you can  be sure of a comfortable sleep on the SoCozzee mattress. The show stopper though, is the en-suite shower room, giving you the benefit of privacy and two showers, two WCs and two sinks in the holiday home.

The twin room has upholstered headboards and beds at right angles to each other, ensuring you have plenty of space in what is usually a small room. Not here though, where you also have a double wardrobe with drawers included.

The main bathroom has boutique feel and a sense of luxury through the leaf print wall design. There is a large domestic shower with dual thermostatic shower including adjustable rainfall shower. There is also a dual flush WC, wash basin with vanity unit and mirrored vanity cabinet above.

You also have the added benefit of having WiFi installed and ready to go, with nothing to pay for your first year of WiFi data, a TV aerial fitted ready for your takeover day and a barrier entry fob!
