Wrapped kitchen worktops means the family chef will have plenty of space to work their magic, with the wood-effect cupboards ensure plenty of essential storage space. Creating a T-shape with the worktop is the dining table where you can sit as a family or couple to eat on comfortable, high-backed chairs.

There is the added bonus of an integrated microwave and fridge-freezer included too.

Moving into the bedrooms, of which there are two, the master bedroom enjoys the additional privacy of an en-suite shower room, dual-flush WC and washbasin. There are feature grey headboards which are through the main bedroom and twin room, while the main bedroom has ample wardrobe space and a dressing table where you can get ready to head out for a meal or enjoy an evening in the on-park bar.

The family shower room has a large shower enclosure with thermostatically controlled shower, mounted washbasin on a handy cupboard and mirror above, with another dual-flush WC here too.

You also have the added benefit of having WiFi installed and ready to go, with nothing to pay for your first year of WiFi data, a TV aerial fitted ready for your takeover day and a barrier entry fob!
