Ideally situated on Fir Tree Park, this Saraha wouldn’t usually be available for such a great price but it fits nicely on the only remaining pitch for this holiday home.

It is in fabulous condition and would make a great first holiday home for a family looking to dip their toes in the water with holiday home ownership.

There is a fixed, U-shaped sofa which runs under the main window and is set around the TV stand and gas fire. There is also an L-shaped dining area in the opposite corner to the TV stand which is a great place for enjoying a meal as a family.

The galley style kitchen provides cupboard and worktop space on each side, with most of the kitchen space concentrated to one side. There is a gas cooker and oven with space for an under-counter fridge-freezer and a microwave too.

There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin. Both have over-bed storage and the main room has a tall double wardrobe at the end of the bed, plus a dressing table and mirror. The twin room also has a tall single wardrobe at the end of the bed.

The family shower room has a shower cubicle, WC and wash basin.
