Set on the tranquil surroundings of The Lighthouse Holiday Park, this Cosalt Balmoral boasts double glazing, central heating and decking to the side. It would make a great holiday home by the coast for family or couple looking for regular escapes.
The lounge has two fixed sofas which provide comfortable seating for the whole family, set around a TV stand and gas fire which sits in front of the large front windows which ensure lots of natural light fills the living space. One of the sofas has a pull out, occasional bed which extends the living space should you require.
A free-standing dining arrangement is set just off the lounge before the galley-style kitchen. There is a table with 4 chairs which is a great space to sit around together when eating, something that can prove difficult with busy day-to-day lives. There is also a decking to the side which can double up as a living area or dining area in the summer months.
The kitchen runs along one side of the holiday home with worktop, sink, integrated fridge-freezer and gas cooker. There is cupboard space both above and below the worktops ensuring plenty of kitchen storage.
Bedrooms are comprised of one double room and one twin room. There is an en-suite WC and wash basin from the main bedroom. There is ample clothes storage and a dressing table if you are getting ready to head to the bar for a drink on an evening. The twin room has over-bed storage and a tall wardrobe at the end of one of the twin beds.
In the bathroom there is a bath and walk in shower. The wash basin has a mirrored unit above while there is also a WC here too.
Overall, this makes a great holiday home for those looking for a pre-owned holiday home with double glazing and central heating. Decking and a bath provide extra bonuses along with the en-suite feature.
