At 38×12, this Cosalt Balmoral provides space and a great holiday home with double glazing, central heating and decking. At The Lighthouse you can enjoy holidays for 10 months of the year and are in a great location to explore all Yorkshire has to offer, both on the coast and in the countryside.

In the lounge there is ample seating for all the family, gather round on an evening and watch your favourite TV or film and enjoy spending time together. Equally if you want to head out, you can go for a drink in our new bar which has comfortable seating and a friendly atmosphere.

From the lounge you can move through to the dining and kitchen area, where the L-shaped units follow down one side of the holiday home. There is a free-standing dining table and chairs here and it means you can all socialise whether you are cooking, eating or on the sofas. Alternatively, you can spend time outside on the decking which really enhances the living space when the sun is shining.

The main room has a wardrobe either side of the bed, with ample over-bed storage too. The twin room has a tall wardrobe which is great for extra storage or somewhere for family or guests to hang their clothes.

The main bathroom has a shower, WC and wash basin.
