This superb holiday home on Fir Tree Park has home-from-home comforts while you can enjoy the five-star on-park facilities and the close proximity to the golden, sandy beach of the Yorkshire coast. There is double galzing, central heating, an en-suite WC to the main bedroom, decking to the side, a dishwasher and fridge-freezer!

The lounge has a leather-look sofa with accompanying arm chair which is set around a TV stand with rotating centre plate and a gas fireplace which has a wrapped mantelpiece which is ideal for your family photos, some of which might be taken on your holidays at your new holiday home! Meanwhile, the sound system which is integrated in the holiday home will pipe your musical section to whichever room you wish. With decking to the side, the living space is extended for the summer months where you can soak up the sun from your own holiday home.

A dining area is between the lounge and kitchen with a free-standing table and chairs providing a great space for a family meal or entertaining guests.

There is ample kitchen space with white cupboards and black worktops providing a sharp but stylish contrast. The gas hob, oven and grill is in an Aga style and the family chef will find plenty of worktop space and further cupboard space allowing plenty of storage space for pots, pans and utensils. There is also a dishwasher included as well as a fridge-freezer.

In the master bedroom, there is a double bed with a window to each side of the bed. The added luxury of the master bedroom is the en-suite WC and wash basin which adds some privacy. There is also a vanity area so you can get ready for a night in the on-park bar and a wardrobe to one side of the bed. The twin room benefits from over-bed storage and a tall wardrobe, while also having a small vanity area too.

The family shower room has a large shower enclosure with WC and wash basin.
