About this holiday home

The Carnaby Roxburgh is in fabulous condition and is a really attractive holiday home. It has double glazing, central heating and has decking to the side with sliding doors for access from the lounge.

The unique U-shaped lounge has a bay window with floor to ceiling windows, a modern and neutral colour scheme with a sofa and two arm chairs. The sofa folds out in to an occasional bed which is great for entertaining guests or having extra family over to stay. That is all centred around the fire place and TV stand, with the sliding doors to the left as you look towards the front windows.

The kitchen and dining layout is a reflection of the usual style of holiday home. The main door opens in to the U-shaped kitchen which has an integrated cooker, grill, microwave and fridge-freezer with the dining table and chairs opposite. There is a lovely display cabinet which will be great for personalising the holiday home and making it your own. At the base of the U-shape is the gas hob and extractor with drawers ideal for pans underneath.

The bedrooms comprise of one double room and one twin room. The main bedroom has blown air heating from above the door and a large amount of storage with over-bed cabinets and tall wardrobes. There is a door which leads in to the main bathroom from this room and there is a trouser press in the main room too. The twin room has  two single beds which are at 90-degrees to each other.

The family shower room has a large shower enclosure, WC and wash basin.
