There are two fixed, chunky sofas which run along one side and under the front window. There is plenty of comfy seating for at least 6 people, set around the coffee table and gas fire place, with a TV stand in the corner so you can all watch your favourite TV together on an evening.

There is a dining table set just off the lounge with fixed bench seating along the side and two upholstered chairs on the other side of the table.

That leads in to a galley kitchen which has worktop and cupboard space along one side, with a gas cooker and hob. There is handy storage for any wine bottles on the wine rack, shelving for tea, coffee and sugar pots, plus other handy, well thought-out storage solutions.

In the bedrooms, there is one double room and one twin room. The main room has a double wardrobe to one side and a dressing table at the end of the bed. The twin room has over-bed storage and a tall wardrobe at the end of the bed.

The family shower room has a shower cubicle with WC and wash basin.
