Chunky U-shaped seating wraps around the front and side windows in the lounge that provides comfortable seating for the whole family. It’s set around a corner TV stand and electric fire where you can sit and watch your favourite TV shows and films as you relax in your home away from home.

The seating runs along one side of the room and continues to wrap around to create a dining area nearest the kitchen. There is a free-standing table which is accompanied by two chunky, square stools. Meanwhile, decking that wraps around the front and side provides a great space to enjoy the summer sun.

U-shaped worktops and cupboards provide plenty of space for the family chef to work their magic in the kitchen, while there is an integrated fridge-freezer included too. There is space for a microwave and there is gas cooker, with hob, grill and oven.

There are two bedrooms in the ABI Appleby, the main room benefitting from an en-suite WC and wash basin. It adds a touch of privacy for the main bedroom users, while there is a vanity area with stool too alongside the wardrobe. While in the twin room there is ample storage either for the twin room users, or as additional storage space.
