Located at The Haven in Burniston near Scarborough, you get a tranquil park open for 10 months of the season with village amenities on your doorstep.
Two arm chairs and a sofa in the lounge provide comfortable surroundings for relaxing in your holiday home, set around a feature fire place with a mirrored-back and shelving – ideal for family photos and holiday keepsakes. Large windows to the front ensure lots of natural light fills the closed off living space.
Moving through the doors in to the kitchen diner, where you are separate from the lounge, there is a modern kitchen with white cupboards and black worktops. The stark contrast leaves a stylish impression, while there is a washer/dryer included, an integrated fridge-freezer, oven, grill and microwave, plus a gas hob cooker on the opposite side. The family chef will be more than equipped in this superb kitchen.
The dining space is set just off the kitchen, where a circular table provides plenty of space for the whole family, or for friends if you are entertaining.
The main bedroom has a mirrored back wall above the bed, with bedside cabinets to either side. There is a large wardrobe for your holiday clothes and a dressing table which is great for getting ready if you are heading in to the village for a home-cooked pub meal or to Scarborough’s array of fine eateries.
An en-suite shower room, with WC and wash basin too is the real feature of this main room, ensuring privacy and convenience for those using the main room.
The second room is a twin room which has a tall wardrobe at the end of one of the beds, a cupboard with tall mirror above which can double up as a small vanity area.
In the main bathroom there is an additional shower, WC and wash basin.
