The L-shaped sofa in the lounge has brown cushions set on a cream frame, all set around the corner TV unit, gas fire and matching coffee table. The large front windows enable lots of light to come into the open-plan lounge and kitchen area, accompanied by modern blinds. Head outside on to the side decking to enjoy the summer sun, relax and unwind in your private outdoor space.

The freestanding table and chairs are just between the lounge and the kitchen, it’s a great place for entertaining guests or sitting down as a family to enjoy time together, which can be difficult with hectic day-to-day lives.

An integrated fridge-freezer is included in the kitchen with a microwave included on the shelf above the marble effect worktops. There is ample worktop space along the U-shaped kitchen and plenty of cupboards and drawers, plus a gas hob, grill and oven with overhead extractor.
