The Willerby Richmond offers a great holiday home for those looking to have a 3rd bedroom. Ideal if you are a larger family, or want to holiday with friends. The holiday home has double glazing, blown air heating and decking which really extends the living space for the summer months.

Inside, the lounge is set around the TV stand and fire place. The L-shaped sofa with a pull out bed is set in one corner, while the fixed dinette seating area is in the other. Ideal for relaxing and watching TV, or gathering together to eat.

The kitchen is also an L-shaped, and open plan so you can cook and socialise at the same time. There is an integrated fridge-freezer nearest the door, and ample worktop and cupboard space.

The bedrooms comprise of one double room and two twin rooms. The main room has a walk-in wardrobe, plus over bed storage and bedside cabinets. There is a connecting door to a WC and wash basin, which is also accessible from the corridor.

The other twin rooms have over bed storage, and one of the two has a tall wardrobe too. Access to the shower room, which also has a wash basin is from the main corridor and there is a large shower cubicle here.
