The Richmond is an ideal starter holiday home which would make a great base for exploring the coast and attractions of Yorkshire. Pair that with the superb family-friendly facilities on park and you can see why these holiday homes are popular. It’s sited already and would be ready to move in to at the start of the new season.

L-shaped seating in the lounge is set around the TV stand and runs under the window which cover the front panels of the holiday home. In the opposite corner is a curved table which is accompanied by an L-shaped, dinette seating area which matches the upholstery of the sofa, and also has two chairs.

In the open kitchen, there is worktop space along three sides, with cupboard space aplenty above and below the wood-effect worktops. The cream shaker style kitchen units are timeless and the family chef has a gas over, grill and hob. There is space across the holiday home for an under-counter fridge-freezer and space for a microwave too.

There are two bedrooms in the Richmond which have ample storage for your holiday wardrobe. They are comprised of a double room and a twin room. The family shower room has a large enclosure with WC and wash basin.
