The BK Saville is a fabulous holiday home, which – with the features it has – is a very good price. Ideal for a family or couple looking for a good mixture of location, facilities and tranquility it is pitched on the Holly section of Lighthouse Holiday Park at Flamborough which is a park with a 10 month season.

Complete with double glazing, central heating, decking and your 2017 site fees included it it well worth viewing.

The open-plan lounge has two fabric sofas which are in great condition, as is the whole holiday home. One of the sofas converts into a pull out bed which extends the living space, should you have family or guests coming to stay. Between the two sofas is a hand storage cupboard, and a great place for your brew! The electric fire is ideally placed for heating the living area, just at an angle to the sofas.

Just off the lounge is a decking to the side which is great for enjoying the sun and spending time outside during the warmer months.

The U-shaped kitchen has cream units with a contrasting, dark wood effect worktop. There are units for storage both above and below the worktop, with a grill, oven, gas hob and extractor too.

Opposite the kitchen is a free-standing wooden table, with 4 matching chairs and upholstered seats. Great for sitting around the table as family and enjoy spending time together.

The bedrooms comprise of one double room and one twin room. The main bedroom has stylish over-bed cupboards and matching bedside drawers. There is an en-suite WC and wash basin with vanity unit above. There is a large wardrobe with sliding doors, one of which has a tall mirror front and more drawers underneath. The wardrobe also has a TV point inside, which can be extended out to have a TV in the bedrooms.

The twin room has shelving above the beds with a cupboard at either side and a tall wardrobe at the end of the bed.
