Comfy, L-shaped sofas in the lounge gives space for everyone to stretch out and relax in the lounge while you watch your favourite TV, Netflix series or films. The gas fire is handy to top up the heat if required and the large windows around the living space give it a bright and airy feel. The side decking adds a nice area to enjoy the summer sun whether you are relaxing or eating outside.

The stylish all black kitchen wraps around the space to the back of the open-plan living/kitchen/diner with additional worktop and cupboard space too. You will find an under-counter integrated fridge and freezer and free-standing microwave above, which are both included. On the opposite side you will find your oven, grill and gas hob.

Set just off the kitchen is the dining area with four free-standing chairs accompanying the rectangular table. Spending the time to sit down as a family at meal times is something many families struggle with at home owing to busy day-to-day lives, but in your own holiday home this is something you can do with ease.

The two bedrooms are made up of one master suite with an en-suite WC and wash basin. There is plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space too and a neat vanity area. Perfect if you’re heading to the on-park bar for the evening or going to eat out in the nearby restaurants. The twin room has additional storage too.

You’ll find a bath to one end of the main bathroom, with a shower cubicle to the other, with a WC and wash basin in between, making for a very welcoming and flexible family bathroom. Not something you see in all holiday homes!

On top of all this you will get WiFi equipment installed, a year of data included, a barrier pass and TV aerial included in the price! Plus, there are no site fees to pay for the current season!
