About this holiday home

Located on the lakeside at Goosewood Holiday Park, this Willerby Boston Lodge has stunning lake views and a holiday home that provides everything you need for a home-from-home escape. It has double glazing, central heating and decking, plus much more!

At 40×20 there is plenty of space throughout. The lounge has front opening doors which open out on to an L-shaped decking which overlooks the lake. With an 11 month season, you can enjoy regular holidays throughout the season! Meanwhile, back inside, there are three two-seater relaxing sofas set around a wall-mounted TV with a stylish electric fire underneath.

The kitchen is well equipped should you want to cook in your holiday home. There is a U-shaped counters looking over towards the living area and a wall unit behind which means you have a home-from-home kitchen. There is a full wall of cupboards which includes an integrated washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, grill and oven plus counter space for a toaster and kettle.

The U-shaped kitchen has a cooking hob with extractor fan above, which gives a modern and luxurious touch. There is additional under-counter cupboards and an up-stand to the back of the hob.

Set just off the kitchen is a free-standing table with 4 chairs which provides a great place to sit down as a family to eat, or entertain guests.

In the bedrooms, there are two spacious rooms. The main room has an en-suite shower room, with washbasin and WC which gives some added privacy. At first glance, this bedroom appears to be lacking storage, but there is a walk-in wardrobe which has lots of draws, hanging space and shelving for your holiday clothes. The twin room is more spacious than a standard holiday home twin room, with ample storage too.

The main bathroom has a bath, with over-head shower and splash screen. The washbasin is mounted on a vanity unit with mirror above and WC to the side.

You also have the added benefit of having WiFi installed and ready to go, with nothing to pay for your first year of WiFi data, a TV aerial fitted ready for your takeover day and a barrier entry fob!

Overall, this lodge provides a great option for those looking at lodge owners but are interested in pre-owned, an ideal upgrade for an existing owner or someone looking for a luxury holiday home. With double glazing, central heating, a large decking, lakeside pitch, en-suite shower room and everything else, this is a unique and quality holiday home.
