About this holiday home

This stylish home-from-home provides a great base from which to explore the local area and enjoy the nearby beaches on Yorkshire’s East Coast. With double glazing and central heating, there is added comfort too.

In the lounge there is U-shaped, chunky seating which provides ample seating around the TV stand and fireplace for the whole family. Large windows to the front ensure there is lots of natural light in the open-plan living space.

The kitchen has U-shaped worktops which provides worktop along 3 sides of the kitchen, with plenty of cupboard space for your food, pots, pans and other kitchen essentials. There is a gas hob with over and grill, accompanied by an over-head extractor fan. While on the opposite side of the room there is tall fridge-freezer.

Off the kitchen is a dining table with high-backed, upholstered, dining chairs. It’s a great space to sit down together as a family, something which can be hard to do with busy day-to-day lives.

The bedrooms, of which there are 2, are comprised of one double room and two twin rooms. The main bedroom benefits from a range of clothing storage and a dressing table, ideal for getting ready for a night in the on-park bar. The en-suite WC off the main room is an added bonus.

The twin room has a wardrobe for storage, with over-bed storage too.

Likely to be a very popular choice among those looking to buy a pre-owned holiday home at Flower of May. We don’t expect this to be available for long.

To arrange a viewing please call RYAN on 07508 712573. Remember, no site fees to pay for the current season!

“We’re all searching for a little more sanctuary these days. Happy places where we can do what really matters and spend quality time together. Or retreats where you can savour the simpler delights of Great British adventures.

It’s time to cherish the little things that really make a holiday. The laughter of loved ones. That gentle patter of rain beyond the door. Sharing stories and dusky nights together. The warmth of a summer sunrise. And every ABI is made for enjoying precious moments like these.” ABI – 2022
