About this holiday home

Large windows to the front of this modern holiday home ensure there is lots of natural light in the open-plan living space of the Mallard. It adds to a feeling of spaciousness which is mixed with home-from-home comforts which make this a stunning holiday home. The addition of the decking and a stunning pitch with plenty of grass around and located a tranquil part of the park makes this a superb option.

There are two sofas, one to seat three and the other to seat two, with bench seating in front of the window. Under the bench seating you find handy cupboard space and shelving, while to the side there is a TV stand, ideally placed to view from either sofa.

An electric fireplace with mirror above make an ideal place to personalise the holiday home with pictures or personal touches. Decking to the side is a great place to enjoy eating outside on a sunny evening or there is a free-standing table and chairs set off the kitchen.

U-shaped kitchen worktops ensure you get plenty of kitchen space, with a gas oven, grill and hob and overhead extractor fan. There is an integrated fridge-freezer under the counter alongside ample worktop and cupboard space.

In the main bedroom, which benefits from a handy en-suite WC, there are stunning feature headboards with over-bed storage. A tall wardrobe provides plenty of clothing space, with a dressing table area perfect for getting ready for a night in the on-park bar.

The twin room also has an over-bed cupboards and shelving, while they also benefit from a tall wardrobe at the end of the bed.

The family shower room is practical, with a large shower enclosure, WC and wash basin.

Overall, this makes a superb holiday home with double glazing, central heating and decking and would suit those looking for luxury touches and regular holidays to the coast!
