Ideally located at Goosewood Holiday Park, this Willerby Granada is in top condition and benefits from the added bonus of a decking which extends the living space further, ideal for enjoying summer days and evenings outside.

Inside, the lounge area has two fixed sofas, seating 2 and 3 people, one of which has a fold-out occasional bed. They are comfortable and provide a great space to enjoy spending time together whether you are watching your favourite TV show or film. There is a stylish electric fire and a low level entertainment cabinet.

With the option to relax inside or outside of the holiday home, when the sun shines you can enjoy the decking with a book or a drink after a long day exploring everything to see in York. You also benefit from the 11 month season at Goosewood, so you can enjoy regular breaks away throughout the season.

If you like cooking, the stylish kitchen has a curved edge to one side which acts like a breakfast bar, but gives you added storage and worktop space. There is a space for your microwave and an over-head, externally venting extractor fan above the gas cooker. Opposite the kitchen area there is integrated fridge-freezer and dining space, with a circular table and chairs, ideal for entertaining friends or sitting together as a family.

The main bedroom has a kingsize bed with a lift-up-storage mechanism, which gives additional storage space if required. It may not be a problem as there is lots of space in the cupboards above the bed, and in the double wardrobe to the side. There is also a dressing table and shelving, so if you are heading out for a meal or spending the night in the on-park bar, you can get ready in comfort. There is also an en-suite WC with wash basin which adds a little privacy to the main room.

The twin room has matching over-bed storage and a tall wardrobe at the end of one of the beds.

The shower room has a large shower cubicle, with WC and wash basin.
