PRE-OWNED 2015 ABI SKYLARK

In 2015, the ABI Skylark was made exclusively for the Flower of May, we worked with the manufacturers to provide a holiday home which suited what owners wanted, and with their feedback in mind. This particular Skylark is located on Upper Carr Holiday Park which is popular with families and couples wanting a mix of countryside location, yet being close to the city of York and the seaside resorts on the East Coast, both are around a 30 minute drive.

Fresh and bright inside, this holiday home combines space and quality together very well. There is double glazing, central heating and window blinds throughout. The lounge has a two-seater and three-seater sofa set around a stylish TV stand which includes an electric fire and surround, which is an ideal place for family photos and sentimental ornaments.

The front opening doors not only allow lots of natural light in to the living spaces, but they also open out on to the full wrap around decking which is a fabulous space for enjoying the summer months. Dine alfresco on the veranda or just sit back and watch the sun go down.

The kitchen’s curved construction means you have extra floor space, and you make the most of the kitchen area. There is an integrated microwave and fridge-freezer, plus ample cupboard space under the worktops. The oven has a gas hob on top and a stainless steel externally vented extractor. There is the added bonus of a washing machine in the Skylark too.

Just off the kitchen is a dining space, with a free-standing table and chairs which is great for sitting down for a family meal or entertaining guests.

The two bedrooms are made up of one double and one twin room. The double room has an en-suite WC, a large wardrobe to one side of the bed and a dressing table with an upholstered stool which matches the headboards. There is also bedside cabinets and over-bed storage too. The twin room is furnished in the same colour scheme and has a tall wardrobe at the end of one of the twin beds, a bedside cabinet and over-bed storage.

The modern shower room has a large shower cubicle with adjustable shower, WC and wash basin, with a mirrored vanity unit above the sink and a heated towel rail beside the WC.

This would make a stunning holiday home for a family or couple, with the added benefit of a popular park and its facilities, plus some integrated appliances.
