Located on the popular Flower of May Holiday Park in Scarborough, this ABI Summer Breeze has double glazing and central heating, plus everything you would need for a first holiday home while also getting the added benefit of a family friendly part with superb facilities.

While there is decking to the side which adds another element of space during the summer months, there is great features inside the holiday home too.

In the lounge you will find chunky, L-shaped sofas which are set around the gas fireplace and TV stand. There is room for the whole family to kick back and relax around the TV and enjoy your favourite shows or films. With WiFi installed and a year of free data too, you can stream Netflix and Amazon to your hearts content!

Opposite you will find a dining area with fixed seating along one side and high backed chairs on the other. You can sit down together as a family to eat and enjoy spending time together which can be scarce in day-to-day life as everyone is so busy.

The kitchen is well equipped and comes with a free-standing fridge-freezer, microwave, as well as a gas oven, grill and 4 burner hob. There are varied cupboard options in terms of size and above and below the worktop which runs along 3 sides. The cream cupboard fronts with wood effect sides give a modern feel throughout and is continued through the other rooms.

Bedrooms are made up of a master which benefits from an en-suite WC and wash basin, giving both an extra WC and privacy for the main bedroom users. There are fitted wardrobes to the side of the bed which offers plenty of storage space and there is a dressing table to the corner of the room, ideal for getting ready to enjoy a night in the on-park bar.
