The lounge has a 3-seater sofa along one side of the room with two, high-backed arm chairs set either side of the patio doors which open up on to your decking. A large footstool means everyone can be comfortable as you watch your favourite TV programme or movie. Set the log-burner style electric fire going and enjoy a relaxing experience, recuperating from the stresses of day-to-day life.

The aforementioned patio doors ensure, along with the large windows, that there is lots of natural light in the living space. They open up on to a full wrap around decking which is extended 10ft to the front and has delightful farmland views. It’s a great space to relax on a sunny summers evening, dine alfresco or just watch the stunning sunset from the comfort of your own private decking.

To the back of the living space is a modern kitchen. There is an integrated oven, microwave and grill, next to a tall integrated fridge-freezer. There are pan draws underneath the 5-hob gas burner with extractor fan above. Ample cupboard space throughout and a handy breakfast bar, accompanied by two stools which extends the dining space from the table with four leather-look chairs. The family chef will be more than happy in their new kitchen!

There is also an integrated dishwasher, washing machine/dryer for added convenience and to ensure you can spend as much time as possible enjoying your holiday.

In the bedrooms there is a king size bed with striking headboard, the bed itself lifts up for additional storage space underneath. At the end of the bed there is dressing table with a stool and drawers, ideal for getting ready to go out for a meal or heading to the on-park bar for a drink.

There is a walk-in wardrobe, plus an en-suite shower room. The shower is thermostatically controlled and the sink is stylishly mounted on a vanity storage unit. There is a WC in the shower room too, for added convenience.

The twin room has more storage than is normal in a holiday home, plus a nice vanity area for the users of the twin room.

In the main family bathroom there is a bath with shower over, the sink is again stylishly mounted as in the en-suite with vanity unit underneath and the 2nd WC.
