About this holiday home
The Willerby Clearwater provides a stunning home-away-from-home set around the fishing lakes on LV23 as part of the Green Acres and Lake View development at Goosewood Holiday Park. As you would expect, it has double glazing and central heating and the added bonus of a large decking, which includes a stylish glass-front and skirting plus there is high quality furniture, fixtures and fittings throughout.
The lounge has sliding doors which open for easy access on to the decking, giving a feeling of increased space and further extending the open plan living area. Inside, there are real leather sofas and an armchair providing enough space for the whole family. Both sofas are set around a modern electric fireplace, glass coffee table and a low-level TV unit while there are blackout blinds throughout.
Adjacent to the lounge is the dining area, which provides seating for 6 around a large, freestanding, glass dining table which matches the coffee table and has faux-leather high backed chairs. It’s a great space for entertaining friends or sitting down for a family meal together.
For anyone who enjoys cooking, the kitchen is superb. It has everything you need for cooking a meal presented in a minimalist way with integrated appliances throughout. The double cavity gas oven and grill has a stainless steel extractor fan above and there is cupboard space above and under the four sides of worktop space. The fridge-freezer, slimline dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and microwave are all integrated ensuring holidaying is minimum fuss, while there is the added bonus of a wine fridge too!
The large master bedroom has bedside tables, and a vanity area at the end of the bed. While it appears minimalist again, there is a en-suite shower room which also includes a WC and wash basin and a walk-in wardrobe enhancing the real feeling of luxury to this lodge.
The twin room also has a walk-in wardrobe and is a great size, providing much more space than a usual twin room. Both bedrooms come with co-ordinating bedding sets, framed headboards, and wall mounted TV points (brackets not included).
Additional to the en-suite shower room, the family bathroom has a full-size bath with over-head shower. There is wooden-floorboard styling vinyl and a tongue and groove look wall panelling around the bath, giving it a fresh and contemporary feel. There is a large mirror above the vanity unit and wash basin, with WC to the side.
