About this holiday home

A gorgeous holiday home with double glazing, central heating, an en-suite shower room, 3 bedrooms and large decking located on a Green Acres pitch at Goosewood Holiday Park. A pre-owned 2017 model which is in superb condition, you also benefit from an 11 month season!

The large, sliding patio doors to the front of the holiday home, lead out on to your large decking which is great for enjoying a alfresco dining or relaxing with your favourite drink on an evening.

Inside, the natural light floods the living room thanks to the front sliding doors. The L-shaped sofa is accompanied by two comfy armchairs – one of which is on a swivel, set around the free-standing TV stand and stylish electric fireplace. The sofa also has a fold out occasional bed which extends the living space if you wanted to have extra family or friends staying over.

The kitchen is well equipped with all the home-from-home comforts you would expect. There is an integrated fridge-freezer and microwave, plus a dishwasher, and washer/dryer which are also integrated. The double cavity gas oven and grill has a stylish glass splash back, and there is a modern extractor fan above. The dining area which is set just off the kitchen is a great space for entertaining family and/or friends with a free-standing table and fully upholstered chairs and cylindrical stools.

Bedrooms are comprised of one double room and two twins. The main room has an en-suite shower room with a one piece fibreglass shower enclosure including a thermostatically controlled shower, plus a WC and wash basin. All of which adds a little more privacy for the main bedrooms users. There is a modern high headboard to the main bed, with a large wardrobe and a dressing table area too.

The twins are identical and side by side with a cupboard overhanging the end of the bed and a cupboard in each corner of the room.

The family shower room also has a one piece fibreglass shower enclosure with thermostatically controlled shower, there is a vanity unit with inset wash basin and storage unit, plus WC.
