The stunning Swift Biarritz provides a stunning holiday home for those looking for a luxury getaway on the 11-month season development of The Anchorage at Fir Tree Park.
Double glazed with central heating too, the Biarritz provides many home-from-home qualities that makes your regular holidays as simple as possible. Patio doors to the front ensure a light, bright living space and open fabulously on to the L-shaped decking which really extends your living space.
Inside, the L-shaped sofa provides comfortable seating and an occasional fold out bed – great for having extra family or guests staying over – plus there is a free-standing armchair for extra seating. That is set around a stylish electric fire in a new ‘Nebraska Oak’ wood-framed fireplace. The steel feature shelf above the fire and TV stand provides a modern twist, which can be personalised with your family pictures.
Owning to the L-shaped sofa, part of the lounge is partitioned by a wall with a glass window in, which ensures light throughout the holiday home. There is a free-standing dining table in the ‘pistachio’ colour which matches the other wood effect areas in the kitchen and contrasts the light colour units nicely.
There are 40mm ‘Metallic Block’ worktops with matching upstands in the kitchen which is spread across the width of the holiday home. The glass fronted oven and grill is complemented by a 4-ring gas hob, there is an integrated microwave included too plus a full height fridge-freezer. There is also plenty of cupboard space, shelving and a wine rack, handily placed by the dining table.
The bedrooms are made up of one double and one twin room. The main room boasts a king size bed with a Duvalay mattress, so you can relax in comfort while away on holiday. The bed lifts up for additional storage too, which is enhanced further by the walk in wardrobe and the over-bed storage. The vanity area with wall mounted mirror is great for getting ready for a night in the city or in the on-park bar.
For added privacy, there is an en-suite with a dual-flush WC and wash basin.
In the twin room there is handy over-bed storage, plus a tall wardrobe and a small vanity area. It’s a great room for children or guests, with ample storage.
The family bathroom has a large shower cubicle with glass sliding door and thermostatically controlled shower. The acrylic splashbacks have the green-glass effect and there is an extractor fan in the bathroom too.
