With decking already fitted you can enjoy a superb outdoor space to enjoy the summer sun, dine outside or just relax with your favourite read all with panoramic views across the surrounding countryside. The front opening patio doors would allow access to the holiday home and they also let the natural sunlight stream in.

Inside the lounge area has two armchairs and a sofa. The sofa is comfortable and folds out in to an occasional bed so you can have additional sleeping space when required. The interior is modern and stylish, with a feature electric fireplace, space for a wall-mounted TV and ample storage space.

The open-plan nature of the holiday home means the lounge flows in to the kitchen-diner area of the holiday home. In the centre of the room is a curved breakfast bar with free-standing, a circular dining table pushed up to the curved edge.

There is curved cupboard space along one side of the holiday home. The family chef will be at home with an integrated grill, oven and microwave at their disposal, while the gas hob cooker is separate and is accompanied by an over-head extractor fan.

The master bedroom has the unique feature of an en-suite bathroom, complete with a large shower enclosure, WC and wash basin. While the main bathroom has a further shower, WC and basin.

The main bedroom also has over-bed storage, a feature headboard, large wardrobes and a dressing table which makes for a superb main room. The twin room has matching over-bed storage and a tall wardrobe at the end of one of the beds.

Overall, this makes a stunning home-from-home with gorgeous views across the countryside, yet you are just a stones throw from Scarborough, golden sandy beaches and much more. Plus, you benefit from superb on-park facilities.
