This Willerby Brookwood makes for a superb countryside retreat for a family or couple looking for regular breaks close to Ripon and the Yorkshire Dales. The park itself boasts 5-star facilities to keep the whole family entertained. The holiday home itself has double glazing, central heating and has front opening doors which would lead out on to a decking (not included).

The lounge has a comfortable L-shaped sofa set mostly on the opposite wall to the entertainment console where you can personalise your lounge area and house your TV for nights in, enjoying your favourite films and TV programmes. The overall decor is modern and contemporary giving a welcoming, warm feel.

The open-plan living space sweeps back towards the kitchen where you will find worktop and counter space along one wall, with a small wrap around where your gas oven, hob and grill are. Opposite you have further cupboard space and an integrated microwave and fridge-freezer. The wood effect which runs throughout the holiday home is prominent on the dining table too.

There are 3 bedrooms made up of one master and two twin rooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite WC, over-bed storage cupboards and there is a tall wardrobe to the end of the bed. There is also a vanity area to get ready for a night in the on-park bar or heading out into Scarborough or Filey for a meal.

The twin room rooms also has matching over-bed storage with a single tall wardrobe to the end of the single bed on the outside wall in one room and overhanging cupboards in the other.

In the family shower room there is a modern shower unit, wash basin with a tall, mirror-fronted cupboard above. There is a dual-flush WC too.
