Our indoor Scarborough swimming pool & squash court are open to the public – no need to book!

Families love our holiday swimming pool, it really makes for a great family holiday facility whatever the weather. The heated indoor swimming pool is for all ages with a lifeguard on duty. We also have designated splash sessions where children can use all the supplied inflatables. Our indoor Scarborough swimming pool is also open to the public, not just our holiday guests.

Swimming Admission Policy

UNDER 3’s
Children under the age of 3 must be accompanied in the water by a responsible adult (18 Years+) on a 1:1 basis.

CHILDREN AGED 3-8
Children between 3 and 8 years of age must be accompanied in the water by a responsible adult (18 Years+)
One responsible adult can accompany up to two children between 3 and 8 years of age.

NON-SWIMMERS
One responsible adult can accompany up to two non-swimmers aged 8 and over.

We strongly encourage the use of flotation aids for non-swimmers.

You must make a member of the leisure team aware if:
• You are a weak or non-swimmer
• You are pregnant
• You suffer from a medical condition that could affect you’re swimming ability

For example:
• Asthma
• Epilepsy
• Diabetes
• Any Heart or Respiratory Condition

Non-swimmers are those defined as someone that is unable to competently swim a distance of 25 metres unaided. Their level of competency will be decided by a member of the leisure team.

Non-swimmers must remain in the designated shallow areas at all times when in the water.

Accompanying adults must keep within arm’s length of those under their supervision at all times.

All swimmers who are not toilet trained must wear a waterproof swim nappy at all times when using the pool. These are available to purchase from the leisure kiosk.

Indoor soft multi court

Don't want to swim? Or have the kids still got lots of energy to burn after going swimming? Specifically designed for younger kids, our indoor, soft multi court combines football and basketball in a soft court. It's free to use, no need to book, just remember to bring some socks. There is also comfy seating for the parents and coffee available to buy!

Looking for somewhere to play squash in Scarborough? We have a squash court to hire at the Flower of May! We recommend booking in, as the court is popular and it's only £6.00 for 40 mins use of the court. Wanting to swim too? It's just £10.00 for both players! Book the court by calling 01723 584311
