As a family-owned group of holiday parks we're committed to providing great value on stunning parks. There's also no-subletting on our parks, so you can be sure who your neighbours are and also avoid having to sub-let to pay the pitch fee - just fair pitch fees so you can enjoy your own holiday home.

OUR 5% PROMISE

In line with HARPA (formerly BH&HPA) guidelines, we promise to never increase site fees by more than 5%*. That a maximum too, it's not a target, but it gives you some clarity in planning ahead for the years to come and you know you're not going to get any nasty surprises!

*This is based on VAT remaining at the current 20% rate.
