Our owners-only development on the Yorkshire Coast, perfectly positioned with stunning views over the Yorkshire Wolds. With a range of brand-new luxury holiday homes and lodges, Hillside View offers a peaceful retreat just a stone's throw from the golden sandy beaches and the traditional coastal towns of Scarborough, Filey and Whitby. Entry is only for owners, with private parking, 32-amp electric, piped gas and barrier-controlled access on this exclusive area of the park.

Families love our holiday swimming pool, it really makes for a great family holiday facility whatever the weather. The heated indoor swimming pool is for all ages with a lifeguard on duty. Relax in the family or adult-only lounges. There is entertainment every weekend and there is more regular entertainment during school holidays! We also have our own huge adventure play area, fish & chip shop, kids' play area, launderette and more!

Stay connected and enjoy a free browsing service or upgrade for faster speeds. WiFi is included for free along with a data package for up to 2 years when you buy a holiday home. If you are renting a caravan from us, faster speed WiFi is already included too!
