NEW 2022 ATLAS DEBONAIR LODGE

The Atlas Debonair Lodge is set on the stunning Green Acres and Lake View development, with views which over look the fishing lake. Sit back and relax, enjoy the large, glass-fronted decking which extends from the luxury lodge while you enjoy regular breaks throughout the 11 month season at Goosewood Holiday Park. As you would expect, the lodge is complete with double glazing and central heating. We also ensure WiFi is installed ready for you taking ownership, and we throw in a years worth of free data too!

When you step inside the Debonair, you step into a porch area which has a small counter top, cupboard space and a place to keep your coats and shoes tidy. You then step through into the kitchen/lounge/diner. There are 2-seater and 3-seater sofas including scatter cushions positioned around the TV stand and electric stove-effect fire – you could mount the TV above the fireplace should you wish, as there is handy TV point installed here too. The sofas sit in front of the opening doors which lead out on the spacious decking with lake views. This space is really special during the summer months as you dine alfresco or just soak up the summer sun.

To the side of the lounge is the spacious dining area with free-standing table and 6 high-backed, upholstered chairs. It’s a perfect place for entertaining guests or sitting down together as a family to eat around the table.

The show-stopper kitchen has long, L-shaped, wood-effect worktops where you will find a freestanding range cooker, complete with a 5-hob gas burner, an integrated microwave and dishwasher, as well as a side-by-side, integrated fridge-freezer. The family chef will be more than at home in this stunning kitchen. And yet, we haven’t even spoken about the opulent kitchen island! There is additional stool seating here making the kitchen island a breakfast bar too.

There are two bedrooms in the Debonair. The master bedroom which has a king-size divan bed, boasts the additional privacy and convenience of an en-suite bathroom, complete with full size bath and shower over bath with wet wall and bath screen, plus a dual flush WC and cupboard mounted wash basin. There is a walk in wardrobe too, giving another luxury touch.

The twin room has 3ft single mattresses and three tall wardrobes to ensure there is plenty of storage space. Both bedrooms have TV points complete with signal booster.

Even with an en-suite bathroom, there is luxury throughout, with a family shower room too. There is a large shower enclosure with thermostatic shower, another dual-flush WC and a cupboard mounted wash basin.
