It makes the perfect retreat for a family or couple looking for quiet getaways by the coast in Scarborough, while located in a village with superb country-style pubs and a small shop and post office. It has double glazing and central heating too.

In the lounge there is L-shaped, chunky and comfortable seating. With navy fabric cushions and wood-effect panel boarding to the bottom it looks fantastic. There is a pull out bed from the sofa which extends the sleeping space should you want to have family or friends staying over. There is a free-standing coffee table and your electric fire is integrated into the TV stand agains the side wall.

There is bench seating on both sides of the dining table, which sits to the side of the modern kitchen area. There is plenty of space for you to prepare your food and store all your kitchen belongings and food, with a free-standing fridge-freezer too.

The Baywood comprises of two bedrooms, with one master and a twin room. In the main room there are bedside cabinets, a wardrobe and a vanity unit with mirror. The twin room has over-bed storage too.

In the family shower room, there is large shower enclosure with thermostatic shower, pedestal wash basin with vanity area and mirrored cupboards and a dual flush WC.
