About this holiday home

This holiday home has been lovingly refreshed with style and class. The previous owners had a clear attention to details with the re-design of this holiday home with you also benefit from double glazing, central heating and decking to the side.

The lounge has a large sofa in front of the main window, with recliners on the sofa so you can really stretch out and relax as you spend regular holidays at your new holiday home in the countryside through the 10 month season. There is an additional armchair with stylish coffee table in the centre of the room. The decking to the side increase the living space through the summer months when you can enjoy dining outside or just relaxing with your favourite drink!

There is a partially closed off lounge keeping your living and kitchen area neatly separated, but the free-standing table and chairs feeds the flow from one room to the other. The white chairs and white table pair succinctly with the kitchen cupboards.

There is plenty of kitchen cupboard and worktop space, owing to the wrap around nature of the kitchen. Wood effect worktops set off against the cream cupboards nicely. There is a range-style, gas hob, oven and grill, a free-standing washing machine and an integrated fridge-freezer. The family chef will be at home here if you are cooking a tasty meal!

In the main bedroom, the bed is flanked by two windows allowing light to stream in and make this feel like a very airy room. There are wardrobes to the side of the bed which give you ample storage space, and the crushed velvet, feature headboard is very on-trend. Alongside the superb storage is a vanity area to get ready for a night in the bar or heading out into the nearby city of Ripon. There is an en-suite to the master room adding a little privacy to the main room. The second bedroom is a twin room with additional storage.

The main bathroom has been modernised too, with panelling on the walls, a new wash basin mounted atop a handy toiletries cupboard and dual flush WC, while the existing shower enclosure is spacious.
