About this holiday home

Located on Upper Carr park, this holiday home is situated just outside of the North Yorkshire Moors. In the beautiful countryside village of Pickering, it is near the market town Malton as well as the sandy beaches of Scarborough. The park is open for a 10 month season so the central heating and double glazing will come in handy in the colder months!

This Willerby Richmond has been specially designed to suit wheelchair users with useful features outside of the holiday home as well as inside. With decking designed with a ramp, it allows easy access in and out of the caravan. The decking also wraps around the front of the holiday home with space to sit and enjoy the sun in the warmer months.

The lounge area is fit with a large L-shaped seating area facing a lovely fireplace and a TV stand so you can relax and enjoy your favourite shows. A shelving unit above the fireplace means that you can decorate your holiday home with your personal ornaments and photos allowing you to add your own personal touch and create a home-from-home unique to you.

To the side of the lounge area is a dining table with a fixed bench and two matching, moveable stools. This open space living area means you can invite your whole family/guests as there is ample seating space for everyone!

Moving into the kitchen which is along one side with a lovely wood effect and white cupboards. There is plenty of cupboard space which is at ground level as well as an integrated oven and microwave. With worktop space for a kettle and toaster, this kitchen provides for all your cooking needs.

In the main bedroom, you will find two single beds. One is equipped with a portable helper frame which allows for an easy night time routine. With a wardrobe and drawers, there is ample space for your holiday clothes! The second bedroom is also fit with a wardrobe and twin beds. All the beds have a matching feature headboard which brightens the rooms and adds a unique touch.

A sliding door opens into a large well-appointed wet room with a wash basin with a mirror, WC and a shower.
