23rd September – Operating with the NHS COVID-19 App
As part of the governments Track and Trace programme, everyone who visits our parks need to fill in a Track and Trace form each time they visit.
As well as our previous two methods of completing this process, the NHS have launched their Track and Trace app which you can download for free and use the app to ‘register’ your visit.
There are now 3 ways you can complete this process:
- Fill in this online form in advance of your stay
- Use the NHS COVID-19 App and scan the QR code when you arrive
