24th September – Restrictions on the use of bars
As of Thursday 24th September the following rules will apply in our on-park bars and at The Plough Inn.
The health and safety of our guests and our staff is our number one priority and we have put the following procedures in place to ensure our bar is as safe as possible.
General Rules
- Masks must be worn by all staff and customers aged 11 and over whenever they are not seated.
- The maximum occupancy is based on the number of chairs/tables available
- Customers will be shown to tables on arrival
- Please respect one-way systems and keep left where signposted
- Open external doors/windows must be kept open to allow extra ventilation
- Guests must not raise their voices or shout; background music will only be at a low level
- No vaping inside the bar.
- Customers will be shown to tables on arrival
- Time will be called at 9.30pm so all customers must be out by 10pm at the latest
- All game machines / pool tables will be out of action
Your Table
- Maximum table capacity of 6.
- You may remove your mask once seated at the table and eating or drinking. If you move from your table then a mask must be worn.
- Staff will take orders at the tables, return with the drinks and a sub-total bill along with the card machine to take payment. Apart from The Plough, all the bars will be card payments only.
- Tables have been spaced a suitable distance to follow social distancing. Tables and chairs must not be moved from their current location
- Children must be supervised at all times. Parents/guardians must ensure children are following social distancing and remain seated
- We are operating with fewer staff in our kitchen. Food wait times may be longer. Our limited menu is being served 7 days a week. Sunday Carvery is not available. (The Plough only)
Ordering
- Drinks may only be ordered at the table. Do not approach to bar.
- Track and trace must be completed with your server at the point of order, or sign in using the NHS app.
- Where possible please make payment by card and only use cash as a last resort.
- Glassware should be left on tables for staff to collect. Do not return empty glasses to the bar.
