LOCAL COVID ALERT LEVELS AND YOUR HOLIDAY

Fir Tree Park, Lowcroft Leisure Park and The Lighthouse Holiday Park are now in the High tier of COVID Alert Level. The parks remain open however you must only holiday with people in your household or support bubble regardless of which tier your local area is in at these parks. For those in the very high tier, you are still advised not to travel by the government.

All our other parks are currently in the Medium Local COVID Alert Level and as such we are open with COVID restrictions in place in some facilities, while others remain closed. You can find out more on this here > Parks will continue to close at the normal closing dates.

The information below applies to you and the rules that you must adhere to in relation to your visit, depending on what local COVID Alert Level you are a resident in when visiting any park in a medium area:

Find out the level for your area here >

Medium

You are free to travel outside of your area.

You must not meet in a group of more than 6, indoors or outdoors. In England, this limit of 6 includes children of any age. Maintaining social distancing between households.

High

You can still go on holiday outside of high alert level areas, but you must only do this with people in your household or support bubble.

You must not meet socially with friends and family indoors in any setting unless you live with them or have formed a support bubble with them. This includes private homes, and any other indoor venues (including caravans).

Outdoors, you can meet in groups of up to 6 people. Maintaining social distancing between households.

Venues following COVID-secure guidance can host more people in total, but no one must mix indoors with anyone who they do not live with.  This means you must holiday only with people from your household (which can include your support bubble) and if using a bar, you must sit at a table with people from your household (including support bubble) only.

Very High

You must not meet socially with friends and family indoors in any setting unless they are part of your household or support bubble.

If you are a resident in a very high alert level area, we [government] ask you to avoid staying overnight in another part of the UK. This means we [government] are asking you not to leave the very high alert level area to stay in a second home, if you own one.

We [government] are advising people not to travel into or out of an area if it has been categorised as a very high alert level area. This is part of wider measures to help manage the risk of transmission.

It is against government advice to stay with us at this time. Please call us if needed on 01723 584311.
