We’re delighted to accepting applications for Seasonal Touring Pitches for 2026.
Below you will find all the key information for seasonal pitches in 2026. Please read the information including the terms and conditions as detailed in the Our agreement with you below, which is provided for your benefit.

What is the price for a seasonal pitch in 2026?
Super Pitches: Hard standing pitch with awning space, metered electric hook up, tap and drain. inclusive of Seasonal Awning Fee, Winter Storage, Rates, Water Rates and VAT at 20%
Super Pitch Price: £3,200
Standard Pitch: Hard standing pitch with metered electric hook up. Price includes rates, water rates and VAT at 20%.
Standard Pitch Price: £3,000
What are the dates for the season in 2026?
Sunday 1st March, 9am - Sunday 2nd January 2026, 3pm
How do I apply?
Complete this form at the bottom of this page and click the Submit button.
When do I need to do it by?
Your pitch will be held until Friday 21st November 2025. After this your pitch will be available for others to book.
What do I need to pay and when by?
You need to pay a non-refundable deposit of £250 to secure your pitch. If you complete the paper forms you can enclose a cheque or call us a few days after posting the forms to make payment.
If you are applying online you can call us after 72 hours to make a deposit payment.
You also have the opportunity to pay the remaining balance in two instalments should you wish. The final dates for payments if you choose this option would be 15th February and 1st June. If you wish to make interim payments, they will be accepted, as long as instalments are paid before the due dates above.
A late payment fee of £25 will be charged if payments are not made by the due dates as above. You can, of course, pay the balance in full before 1st June.
Seasonal Awning Agreement
After careful consideration, we have decided by request to allow seasonal touring caravans to leave awnings erected if they so wish but subject to the following conditions:
- The grass areas next to the awning are to be kept cut & tidy by the caravan owners. The grass will be cut up to 12 inches from the awning by ground staff. The awning should be lifted every so often to allow light on the grass.
- The awning is left erected entirely at owner’s risk, this includes any contents within the awning. This means there may be a risk of damage when mowers and strimmers are used near the awning and random stones may be fired towards the awning. We will take care when cutting nearby but we cannot be held responsible for damage due to incidents of this nature.
- It is the caravan owner’s responsibility to attend to the awning if damage occurs from stormy weather.
- Caravan owners will be responsible for maintaining the awning in clean and tidy order. This means moss and leaves should be removed regularly.
- The awning should not be longer or wider than the caravan (unless approved by Flower of May in writing). Annex awnings are not to be left erected when caravan is unoccupied. Annex awnings require an authorisation ticket obtained from reception.
Pay your balance online
While deposits need to be paid over the phone, once your application has been accepted you will be set up with an online account in advance of the payment due dates, where you can manage your payments.
Do you want to add WiFi to your booking?
This provides a premium connection to your caravan that is personal to you with a unique password. You can connect multiple devices to this network and there is no drilling, no holes and no impact on your touring caravan.
The speeds will enable you to download, stream Netflix, Disney+ etc and use social media! You have a small receiver installed and get your own router.
Prices are:
Standard package: £150 for 12 months or £15 per month over 12 months
Superfast package: £260 for 12 months or £26 per month over 12 month
Both packages require a one-off installation of equipment priced at £199.
