We’re delighted to be accepting renewal applications for Seasonal Touring Pitches for 2027.
Below you will find all the key information for renewing your seasonal pitch for 2027. Please read the information including the terms and conditions as detailed in the Our agreement with you below, which is provided for your benefit.
If you require any further information regarding the pitches or facilities available, please do not hesitate to contact the individual parks or Head Office. We advise that customers provide an email address to enable us to communicate swiftly and efficiently if necessary.

What is the price for a seasonal pitch in 2027?
Fully Serviced Pitch: Hard standing pitch with an all-weather awning space, metered electric hook up, tap and drain. Inclusive of Seasonal Awning Fee, Rates, Water Rates and VAT at 20%
Fully Serviced Pitch Price: £2,600
Electric Only Pitch: Metered Electric Pitch with a pre-payment meter. Inclusive of Seasonal Awning Fee, Rates, Water Rates and VAT at 20%
Electric Only Pitch Price: £1,500
What are the dates for the season in 2027?
Open: Monday 1st March at 9am
Close: Sunday 31st October at 3pm

Important dates and payments
Your pitch will be held until Monday 7th September 2026. After this your pitch will be available for others to book.
You need to pay a non-refundable deposit of £275 to secure your pitch. No pitch is reserved until the form and deposit payment have been received and invoice issued in confirmation. The remaining balance can be paid in two instalments should you wish. The first half must be paid before 14th February and the second half by 1st June. Late payment fees may apply if you miss these dates.Winter Storage
This year Winter Storage will be £275 and needs to be paid with the deposit at the time of booking. If you do not opt for winter storage, but add it at a later date, the cost will be £325. It runs from the closure of the 2026 season to the opening in 2027.
Moving Pitch
Please make a note on the application. If a move is approved, you need to ensure your caravan is off your 2026 pitch by the final day of the 2026 season. If you are taking winter storage you may be given a temporary pitch for the winter. Fees may apply.
