Month Long Pitches at Jacobs Mount

New for 2026 at Jacobs Mount! Enjoy a month stay! It gives you the opportunity to get a feel for the park, and maybe you might love it so much you want to stay longer!

Situated in Scarborough and making a great base for exploring the local area and beyond, Jacobs Mount is ideal for families and couples who love Scarborough and Yorkshire. You’ll find great facilities on park including a bar, age appropriate children’s play areas and a lovely warm and clean shower block.

What’s the cost?

It’s pretty straight forward- stay with us in July or August and the cost is £550 per month.

Stay with us in any other month from March to October and it’s £325 per month.

A 50% deposit is required to make the booking. The remaining 50% will need to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Any bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival will be due in full at the time of booking.

How do they work?

Bookings are from the 1st day of the month until the last, so in some months you’ll get 30 days in others you’ll get 31.

Any other costs?

If you want to bring a dog or put up your awning there are flat fees of £1 per night, per extra. So either £30 or £31 per awning and/or per dog, depending on the month. Max 2 dogs.

Electric isn’t included in the price and is via top up cards which are available in reception.
