On the park itself, owners have exclusive use of a well-stocked carp fishing lake, which is a draw in its own right. There is also a bar, The Keepers Inn, for a drink or a coffee at the end of the day, and a children's play area for families. With a 10-month season, there is plenty of time to settle into a regular rhythm of visits throughout the year.

The Lighthouse Holiday Park sits in a stunning location on the Flamborough Headland, surrounded by dramatic coastline, spectacular walks and an abundance of wildlife — with the famous Bempton Cliffs RSPB Reserve just minutes away. The seaside towns of Bridlington, Filey and Scarborough are all within easy reach, offering beaches, attractions and days out to suit the whole family.



PARK FACILITIES

The Lighthouse Holiday Park offers a lovely range of on-park facilities designed to help you relax and unwind. From the welcoming Keepers Inn bar and stocked fishing lake to woodland walks, a children's play area and a handy licensed shop, everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay is right here on park.

UTILITY CHARGES

As part of our ethos of being up front with costs and considerations when buying a holiday home, these are the prices for utilities on the park. They are correct as of 1st November 2025 and are fixed for a set period of time. 


People often ask how much you could expect to pay in utilities over the year, however the cost is determined by usage, so it's very hard to give an accurate figure.
