Burnside is an exclusive owners-only park offering a tranquil escape in the Scarborough countryside, open for 11 months of the year. With a children's play area on-park and full access to the swimming pool and facilities at the nearby Flower of May Holiday Park, you get the best of both worlds — a peaceful retreat with plenty on hand when you need it.
UTILITY CHARGES
As part of our ethos of being up front with costs and considerations when buying a holiday home, these are the prices for utilities on the park. They are correct as of 1st April 2026 and are fixed for a set period of time.
People often ask how much you could expect to pay in utilities over the year, however the cost is determined by usage, so it's very hard to give an accurate figure.
